Life Is Improv! Intro Classes

Six-Week Course: Five class sessions and a show
Registration: $215 (Take the course again for $107.50!)

Life Is Improv! Intermediate and Advanced Classes

Six-Week Courses: Five class sessions and a show
Registration: $215 (Take the course again for $107.50!)
Pre-requisite: Life Is Improv! Intro Class

Once you've completed the Intro class, acquire more in-depth improv techniques and life skills in our follow-up courses:

(Step 2) Life Is Improv! Intermediate Class

Make your improv scenes more natural and engaging by creating and working with invisible props and scenery. Work further on being in character in every scene as well as on taking your "characters" into the real world. Learn more advanced improv games. Get your first taste of true improv without a game format with long-form improv. Build trust with your teammates. Homework includes applying the four rules of improv to your real-life relationships and interactions for better communication.

(Step 3) Life Is Improv! Advanced Class

Also known as the Character and Long Form Course, this final course in the three-part Life Is Improv! series will help you bring new depth to your characters and help you assume them more naturally. We will also explore long-form improv, working with various starting exercises and developing a series of evolving scenes and story arcs without the aid of games.

Additional in-depth courses and one-on-one coaching on sketch writing, show development and further character development are also available.

All class registrations are non-refundable, except where a class has been entirely cancelled.
Class dates may be rescheduled at Third Coast Comedy's discretion.
