Life Is Improv! Intermediate and Advanced Classes

Pre-requisite: Life Is Improv! Intro Class

Once you've completed the Intro class, acquire more in-depth improv techniques and life skills in our follow-up courses:

(Step 2) Life Is Improv! Intermediate Class

The second level Life Is Improv Class builds on the basic rules and games presented in the intro class to enhance your performance abilities on stage. We will focus on physicality, utilizing and honoring object creation and space, and adding depth to characters. Get more comfortable performing spontaneously, and learn a new slate of more challenging games for your next class show!

(Step 3) Life Is Improv! Advanced Class

Also known as the Character and Long Form Course, this final course in the three-part Life Is Improv! series will help you create a variety of new, distinctive characters, bring new depth to your existing ones and enable you to assume them more naturally. We will also explore long-form improv, working with various starting exercises and developing a series of evolving scenes and story arcs.

Additional in-depth courses and one-on-one coaching on sketch writing, show development and further character development are also available.

All class registrations are non-refundable, except where a class has been cancelled.
Class dates may be rescheduled at Third Coast Comedy's discretion.
