About the Theater

This Space For Rent
Rent the theater for your next event! We have hosted parties, wedding receptions, trainings, business meetings, catered dinners, and of course, theater performances. Scroll down for images of the theater staged for a presentation. Click here for images of special events.

The theater currently has 100 seats available and additional seating can be added to provide seating for up to 150 people. Please contact us for any additional information or to inquire about available dates.

Rates

The theater is available in four-hour blocks.

• Friday evenings: $500
• Saturdays: $500
• Sundays: $400
• Monday - Thursday evenings: $250


Additional set-up or tear-down time may be booked adjacent to an event for $35/hour.

The theater is also available on weekdays for corporate meetings at $75/hour.

Lobby
Third Coast Comedy proudly displays the work of local artists in our lobby. Currently we are showing tropical pastels by Marissa Pinzon. Marissa's vibrant pieces, inspired by her home country of Panama, are available for sale (prices vary).
